Privacy Policy

We run a directory, not an account system. You do not need to register to use this site, and we do not ask you for your name, your phone number or your payment details. The data we do handle is mostly the ordinary technical information any web server receives, plus whatever analytics we use to understand which pages are worth keeping.

• Technical data your browser sends with each request: IP address, user agent, referring page, and the pages you view. Server logs hold this.
• Analytics data about how the site is used, such as which listings are opened and roughly where visitors are located. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
• Anything you choose to put in an email to us, including your email address and whatever the message contains.

We do not collect special category data, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

• To serve the site and keep it working, including diagnosing errors.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve or remove content.
• To detect and prevent abuse, scraping and fraud.
• To answer you when you contact us.

The site itself does not require cookies to function. Any analytics or affiliate tracking we use may set cookies or read identifiers from your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not stop the directory from working.

Following an outbound link to a publisher or a mirror takes you onto their site, where their cookies and their privacy policy apply, not ours.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site, and only so far as they need it.

• Our hosting provider, which processes requests and stores server logs.
• Our analytics provider, which receives usage data.
• Affiliate networks, where an outbound click is attributed to us.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose.

Server logs are retained for a short operational period and then rotated out. Aggregated analytics may be kept longer because it no longer identifies anyone. Email you send us is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, write to legal@yonogameskaghar.com and tell us what you want. We may need to ask something to confirm the request is really yours before we act on it.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the apps listed in the directory. When you install one of those apps and create an account, you give your data to that publisher under their privacy policy, and we have no visibility of it and no control over it. Read their policy before you sign up.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
